Scheduling a Photographer
To schedule assignments, please fill out our online request form at least one week in advance of the assignment. Please call or email the WVU Photography Department if you have any additional questions.

Last minute scheduling will depend upon the availability of the photographer(s). Large jobs such as displays and brochures should be planned in advance.
A specific photographer will be assigned to your project. They will assist you in getting the photographs you need. There should be an individual planning meeting with you and the photographer to discuss ideas, images and to organize your project.
Database Search - searches the database by job title, description, between 2 dates, photographer, ordered by, and file number. This search app searches data back to 1993. The visual database didn't start till 2001. The link to the visual database is incomplete at this time. If gallery you want to view isn't visual, e-mail us the file number and we will download those images for you for you to view.
